We are looking to add to our maintenance team here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. This individual will need to be a team player, working with each department as needed. Will need to be able to have basic knowledge of maintenance work, for example; changing toilet handles, door batteries, assisting in repairs with their supervisor, touch up painting or be able to learn how to do these type of things. Must be determined, reliable and dependable.

* Prior experience is welcomed, however it is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Work with supervisor as needed for repairs
• Change lights in guest rooms, work on toilets, tubs, sinks, mini fridges
• Sweep/Mop/Dust/Carpet clean as needed
• Abide by company polices
• Take out trash at beginning and end of day
• Help to maintain the pool and the pool area
• Assist guest(s) within 15-20 mins of a work order being placed
• Work with housekeeping when/if needed
• Assist in keeping the hotel in proper running order with supervisor and keeping outdoor and indoor clean
